Trading Terms

In the event of your beanbag being the wrong size or colour or if you are unhappy in any way with your product, we have a returns and refund policy as follows:

Please note that all our products are made-to-order or made-to-measure in the UK

1) All returns on the UK mainland must be made within seven days of receipt of your order.

2) All overseas returns must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.

3) All returns must be accompanied by proof of date of postage.

4) Should you wish to change your fabric, colour or size, or if you have changed your mind, you will be liable to pay 20% re-stocking charge fee(as our beanbags are made to order) and the shipping costs in both directions. If you are not completely sure about fabric or colour, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a fabric sample.

5)Please retain the original packaging, as we only accept goods on its own original Packaging and Unused.

6) Before returning any Items, you must contact us first by-email or telephone.

7) Any use of the goods beyond inspecting them on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract..

8) Any refund will be made directly into your bank account within 30 days from the date we have received the goods back.

9) The company retain the right to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred with goods returned not Saleable as New.

10) For faulty beanbags, or wrong colour or size there will be a full refund including the re-imbursement of all postage costs.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a customer
